Our installation crew is the foundation of our reputation. We're looking for experienced installers across LVP, hardwood, tile, and carpet who take pride in a clean, precise finish. Experience required; willingness to learn our standards is a must.
You'll help customers find the right floor for their home — no hard sell, just honest guidance. You should be comfortable listening, learning product lines, and following through. Flooring experience is helpful but not required if you're a fast learner.
Keeping our 14,000 sq ft showroom and warehouse running takes organized, reliable people. This role involves receiving and staging flooring orders, loading delivery vehicles, and supporting the install crew. Physical work in a Florida climate — be ready for it.
